EXCHANGES

Have a conflict with your performance date? No problem! Only Season Subscribers have the exclusive benefit of exchanging tickets to another performance of the same show.


Please note: We recommend you make exchanges as far in advance as possible for best availability. If a show is sold out, or if you are attempting to exchange less than two weeks before your performance, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your exchange needs. Exchanges are made from the best available seating, and comparable seating cannot be guaranteed. Ticket exchanges must be completed by close of business the day before the performance date, and by 3pm on Friday for Saturday and Sunday performances. No exceptions can be made.


When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or into VIP Seating, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Downgrades cannot be refunded. Exchanged tickets can be picked up at the Aronoff Center ticket office or mailed (if time allows).


Exchanges for WICKED, ALADDIN and THE BOOK OF MORMON must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to the performance date printed on your original ticket.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS

Need extra tickets for Broadway in Cincinnati shows? Season Subscribers are given priority access to purchase additional tickets to shows from the best available inventory before they go on sale to the public. Buy now before the public on sale to secure the best seats. Log in to your account or call 800.294.1816 (Monday–Friday, 9am to 5pm) to purchase. (Ticket limits vary by show, and may apply either on a per performance basis, or for the entire show engagement. Ticket limits apply to orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, account number phone number, IP address and/or other information.)

FEES

The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $40 in handling fees, $3.50 in facility fees per show, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Subscription Fee noted below.

**Patron Club subscriptions (Orchestra Rows DD-O/Loge Rows A-C) include a $120 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits included in Patron Club subscriptions include parking vouchers and recognition in the Playbill for all Season shows.

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. LOCATION AND PARKING

All shows take place at the Aronoff Center for the Arts, which is located at 650 Walnut Street in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, and easily accessible from surrounding expressways. For specific directions, click here.

With more than 6,000 parking spaces within a two-block radius, there are a variety of parking options for patrons attending Broadway in Cincinnati performances. Valet parking at the Aronoff Center is available for most performances. For other parking options, click here.

EMERGENCY CONTACT

For emergencies, Aronoff Center security can be reached at 513.977.4128. Anyone calling the theater in an emergency must know your name and seat location, so please be sure to leave this information with family or babysitters.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

The Aronoff Center will assist patrons with visual, hearing and mobility impairments. For more information, call the venue at 513.621.2787.

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show. Often times, late arrivals will be held in the lobby until there is a scene break when entry will not disrupt the actors and audience, which can be as much as 20 minutes into the performance.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. If you have questions about show content and age appropriateness, please visit our Family Guide for content advisories and age guidelines.

RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced. Be sure to purchase your tickets through Broadway in Cincinnati by phone or online, or at the Aronoff Center to guarantee insurance. Should you lose your tickets, call 800.294.1816 for assistance. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pick up an hour before your scheduled performance. Proper ID is required.

CHANGE OF PHONE/ADDRESS/EMAIL

We want to make sure you continue to receive important information in a timely way. If you have any changes to your phone, address or email, please log on to My Account at BroadwayInCincinnati.com under the Subscription tab and update your information. You can also email your updated information to CincinnatiService@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. For your security, all account changes must be submitted in writing.

****HOLIDAY HOURS NOTICE****
The Subscriber Service Center will be closed November 23-24 for the Thanksgiving Holiday and resume regular hours November 27. Many answers can be found in our FAQ’s (link located at the bottom of the page) or you can manage your account online at any time by selecting the Manage My Tickets link under the Subscriptions heading.
