Ticketing Questions

We understand that emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor unused tickets for a missed performance. No refunds can be given for past performances.

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, Broadway In Cincinnati and/or Cincinnati Arts will inform customers via phone, email, or mail with information regarding the ticketing policy. Ticket holders are encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information.
